Group Infant Toddler programs:

Smart Moves Infant Toddler classes (birth to 14 months or standing):

Classes are fun and educational and provide tips about physical activities that parents can do at home to enhance children’s learning potential. Some topics and developmental activities that are covered include the vestibular (balance system), proprioception (awareness of body in space), mid-line movements, and vision. Each class includes fun songs and rhymes, baby yoga, and tummy time games that are developmentally appropriate and strengthen baby’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional foundations for early learning.

The physical exercises in these classes are based on infant and postural reflex patterns. More about reflexes can be found here.
